About Margaret Guevara, RYT
Owner of One Door Yoga in San Anselmo
Margaret's passion for yoga began with a life changing visit to India in 2005. Traveling through southern India and spending time at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry, the stay sparked in her a deep interest in yogic philosophy - an interest which has shaped every aspect of her life since.
Returning to Marin County after living in Europe for nearly 12 years, Margaret found One Door Yoga and completed her teacher training with Jeannie Laslo Douglas in 2009. She became the owner of One Door Yoga in July 2010, fulfilling a long held dream of living from her heart.
Equal to her passion for yoga is her love for community. At One Door Yoga, Margaret's vision is to cultivate a sacred space where all are warmly welcomed, encouraged, and supported at every level of their yogic practice.
