About Kelsey Lynn Riley
Through many years of teaching and practicing
various styles of yoga, the one true consistency I find is that my
practice has to come from my heart. I set this intention on my mat
and humbly try to carry it out into the world.
My classes are taught from this place, as I truly believe it serves
as our guide to happiness, health and over all well-being.
I strive to provide a non-judgmental, nurturing environment for my
students that allows them to feel safe to explore their own bodies
and dive into what lies inside.
Through breath, asana and meditation I encourage you to be your
teacher and I to serve simply as a guide in finding a practice that
truly serves you.
Ghandi said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Through
yoga, we cultivate that change within ourselves and in turn serve
the world in a more peaceful way.
